BiographyJohn Charles Quimpo (AGMA), also known as JC, is a stage performer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Originally from the Philippines, JC has a rich history of competition success, having won Regional and Provincial Championships in Vocal Solo Classical and English Declamation.
Upon relocating to the United States, JC further honed his skills by training with the American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.) in Musical Theater Performance. His dedication and passion for the craft have been showcased in numerous Bay Area theater productions. Notable recent performances include his role as Adult Trouble in the San Francisco Opera's Centennial Season production of Madame Butterfly, Doctor Hoskins in Town Hall Theatre Company's Human Error, Leaf Coneybear in Landmark Musical Theatre's The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Chris and Dance Captain in Theatre Rhinoceros' The Boy From Oz, and Bernstein in Redwood City Players' Dogfight. JC continues to bring versatility and fervor to every performance, making an impact in the world of theater. |
